The entire staff goes out of their way to make sure that I'm never waiting and that they finish my beauty treatment within a reasonable time period. I never have to worry! Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
