They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. It's not that I was dissatisfied with my visit, but I wasn't impressed with the doctor by any means. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They didn't customize their treatment at all to address my specific condition. They just give all their patients the same adjustments, which isn't very effective.
Also, my family of 4 and I thought that the visit was going to be free, with their advertised free x-rays and hydromassage, but turns out they billed my insurance company over $165.00 per person, when the only thing they told me was that they would verify over coverage for the next visit. I will never go back, it is a complete racket!!

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
