I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

This was my first visit to Dr. Kendig, I know several people who see him and they all recommended him. Now I knew that a new patient visit with exam and adjustment are more money, but I was pleasantly surprised by his price. I believe it was $125 which is very reasonable, I know some docs that charge up to $200 for your initial visit. My adjustment was great, I went in with tense shoulders so tight they were causing headaches at the base of my skull. When I left, my shoulders were relaxed and my headache soon went away. Great adjustment and great staff, I will go back.

They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their office was well organized and clean. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
