I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I also really enjoyed their methods of adjustment. The machine made a HUGE difference! Normally my adjustments last about 5 feet because my ligaments are so loose. Dr. Smith's treatment lasted for 4 months! I also really appreciate the additional help and areas of expertise treating the body as a whole not just symptoms. Dr. Smith is truly focused on healing his patience not just treating their aliments. Thanks Dr. Smith!

Dr. Smith provided excellent service to help minimize pain associated with my vertebrae mis-alignment. We performs a thorough assessment of the problem before any treatment and carefully listens to my description. He utilized different techniques than that which I was accustomed and they were effective. He also provides proactive advice to help one maintain their adjustment and prevent re-injury. His staff is very accommodating and considerate. I always left their office with a spring in my step and smile on my face!

I have been impressed with Dr. Jason Smith's ability to identify the cause of my discomfort and/or problem, and not only give immediate, productive treatment, but also explains - in terms I understand - what he believes to be the cause, and gives me exercises that help me at home.

I have been to other chiropractors who have seemed to base treatment on a long, stretched-out number of visits, but at least in my case, Dr. Smith has done a great job giving me maximum bang for my buck, intent on getting me functioning better, and on with my life as soon as possible. While there are obviously going to be times when multiple visits will be needed, I am confident he isn't trying to stretch it out.

This isn't just a JOB for Dr. Smith; it's his PASSION, and you can tell.

Dr. Smith is great. He saw me during after business hours because I was in such pain. He was also very understanding about the bill. Since my injury was related to a car accident and I wasn't at fault the insurance should have paid everything in full. They haven't and its been several months now. I talked with Dr. Smith and he was very understanding. I told him we were working on taking the ins to court and he was great to hold off any collections or late payment penalties.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming.
