I felt much better after my first appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. Dr. K. paid close attention to me and answered all my questions. Their staff is the so very friendly and welcoming. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience wonderful. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them regularly. All my questions continue to be answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I continue to visit regularly to manage my condition.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.

The expansiveness and care provided by Dr Kondus and his staff is exceptional. The well being I experience as his patient has allowed me to serve others in greater capacity. If i find my well dry , one visit places me back on the path to experiencing greater health.

They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. I was a little stiff after I visited Kondus Family Chiropractic Center, and I think if they had been gentler I would've been fine. The chairs in this provider's waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. this provider went over my X-Rays with me in detail. I did feel a little less pain after my chiropractic treatment, but nothing major.

The lack of customer service was evident at just about every appointment. I was charged for services that I did not receive. Some appointments were changed or cancelled on me at the last minute and no explanation nor apology was given. The woman at the front desk is rude and unattentive. The doctor is not much better in his personal skills than his receptionist. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are many good chiropractors in Skippack so do not feel the need to go back to this one. The only positive is that he has some good massage therepists there but there are many good massage therapists in Skippack such as the Body Serene where they actually know what good customer service means.
