They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.

They were very respectful of me and my situation, and made sure they paid close attention to everything I had to say. When I finished explaining, they asked me questions to make sure they had the full story. It made me feel cared for. Richard Dietz, D.C. was absolutely amazing and makes others in the same field look like beginners! I was ecstatic after my appointment! I knew that I was going to improve with Richard Dietz, D.C.'s treatment! Richard Dietz, D.C.'s equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed! They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
