Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
