I can show up early or on time the the staff will get me processed and seen right away. They address me by my first name, are gracious & polite and will get me seen right away. Dr. Christensen's advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. He is by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that he has been exceeding his clients' expectations for many years. I will absolutely return. The ENTIRE staff at Independence Park Medical Service are wonderful, considerate, helpful, accomodating and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I strongly recomend that you use Dr. Ronald Christensen and the staff at Independence Park Medical Service.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
