My son is "Special Needs" so I was a bit nervous when I saw Dr Kanter the first time I was at his office. Instead, the staff and Dr. Kanter were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. The office was easy enough to find. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I call with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They have really great customer service here. Dr. Kanter is very thorough and detailed. I totaly trust him with my son.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
