They weren't friendly at all during my appointment. They are uncouth and extremely disrespectful most of the time. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update their equipment a little more.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
