Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I was very pleased to see that their equipment was state-of-the-art and well taken care of. It really put me at ease to see that everything was so advanced. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
