I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Dr. Kopecky has been treating me since I was 16 years old. I have always felt welcome and cared for. I am now 23, and he remembers the details not only of my cardiology history, but of my life. Everyone in his office loves him and he is well-respected in the community.
