Dr. Bronson is on medical leave and his partner attempted to take his appoints I guess. It was very un-professional, my daughter and i were taken back to the exam room and sat for 1 hour with no communication! I asked after an hour and they said another 15 minutes at least. This is unacceptable. We left, the office staff should be more in tune with appointments running and let the patients know if they are running behind so you can make the decision to waste an hour of your day or not. Very inappropriate, they said it isn't the staffs fault but I see it as absolutely the staffs fault. They need to inform the patients. A call to come in later due to the doctor being significantly behind to the tune of 1 1/2 hours! I will not go back to that practice.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
