They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I have never felt rushed when I was with the doctor. I have felt cared for and respected. My young family has been treated with compassion and respect when health issues have arisen. Foul language has never been used, which did bother me with a previous physician. I cannot imagine seeing another neurologist!

They always make an effort to be polite and courteous. One of the first things I noticed about this office was the building accessibility. They are so kind and caring, and their office is always available. They are sure to return calls and help if there are medication issues with pharmacies. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
