Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They were really fantastic and performed a virtually pain-free eye examination. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
