Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.

I tried to cancel my first ever apt. at this office because I got called into work, and my parents recommended him. Well when I called to cancel they told me that if I cancel then I cannot reschedule...in other words EVER again, I can never use the doctor's services!!! I think that is crazy!!! A dermatologist... you are not a surgeon and I am sorry that I have a job!!! So mad I could not even think straight!!!!
