I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated.

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
