I was extremely disappointed. First, Dr. Shearer treated me like I was the 1,000th patient he had seen that day and did not give any thought to my individual issues and needs. He prescribed me what he clearly prescribed to everyone. It did nothing for me. I went back for a follow-up appointment in which I was given a new prescription. This is where the story gets really interesting. Later that day, I ended up misplacing the piece of paper that the prescription was written on. Not thinking it was a big deal, I called their office and asked them to call it in to the pharmacy. They HAD NO IDEA WHAT HE HAD PRESCRIBED ME THAT DAY!! Absolutely no record of it. Then the receptionist had the audacity to actually say "Well, maybe you shouldn't have lost the paper." Needless to say, I never went back.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was quite impressed with how much progress I made after my visit. They really helped me a lot, and I feel more hopeful about my health. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
