It is very hard to get someone to answer the phone. Either an answer machine picks up and tells you they are out to lunch, even though it's not lunch time or the line is busy.I called Tuesday and someone said they did presciption refills at the end of the day. I called back Thursday to find out it didn't happen. I started calling at 11:19 AM to 01:25 PM and finally got someone to say it would be handled.
Dr. Bolton is an excellent Dr. and I have had excellent results with my treatment. His receptionist is either lazy or they are short staffed. However if you want your Psoriasis to clear up I highly recommend him.
