I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. . They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Dr. Griffin is kind, compassionate and has a great sense of humor, quiet and understated but very funny. He is best of all, very knowledgeable and extremely competent.
