I didn't consider their waiting area chairs to be too comfortable. I would have preferred to wait in something a little nicer. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax.
