They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.
