The good thing about this office is that the office staff will try to get you in quicky if you need to come in immediately as a first time patient. After the initial visit, it goes all downhill fast. As I was leaving my first visit, the office manager acted as if she was put out when I needed to book my next appointment. She was rather abrupt and rude with me. Not only that, I heard her make rude comments about a handicapped patient in the office.
Follow-up visits are usually done by the PA, who is nice, but it is hard to see Dr. McCune again (and the office manager will give you attitude when you insist).
My last office visit consisted of me waiting over an hour and I was never seen because I had to be at work. They said they were running behind but they managed to see two people who came in after me before they called me to the back. In the office this time, the office staff called a patient a b!tch and proceeded to make fun of the other patients.
You can tell by the way the office is displayed, that it is not the most professional atmosphere. There are flyers taped all over the walls advertising services rather than in frames. The office looks generally old, worn and dated. There are always catty comments about patients to be heard from behind the glass partition. I will never go to that unprofessional office again.

A few months ago, I made an appointment with Dr. McCune to have a skin tag removed. The receptionist told me it was best to schedule an office visit (since I don't have insurace, it cost me $80) so Dr. McCune could examine the skin tag. So, after waiting nearly half and hour to see her, Dr. McCune examined my skin tag, told me it was indeed a skin tag, and said it was a very simple procedure and would take no more than a minute to remove. However, she said she could not do it during that appointment since she was admittedly overbooked. She encouraged me to make another office visit (for $80 more plus cost of procedure) for the one minute skin tag removal. In my opinion, Dr. McCune is overpriced and not worth the money. She seemed rushed and not involved in her patients' care.
