I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
