No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Mostly Dr. Weiss talks to you as a human being, not talking down as a "doctor'. He is genuinely concerned , highly skilled, yet relaxed and very reassuring. He saved both my aunt and uncle's lives and nmade it seem like nothing, failing to take credit. No regrets!
