I had to wait a few months to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I thought the staff was friendly enough. They welcomed me, but it was nothing extraordinary. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I actually never saw the physician so it is hard to answer the questions you asked.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
