They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, the optometrist had very advanced equipment for a pain free experience

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Dr. Frazier put me in my first pair of glasses 20 years ago and I've been a customer ever since. She's cares about your heath, not just pushing a product. She has helped other members of my family with minor eye diseases. It's not a discount place - you'll be spending more than at TSO - but the quality of service and products makes up for it by far. The staff is friendly, helpful, and know their business. Some of them have worked there many years. If needed, they will adjust my glasses for free. I give this office 5 stars without hesitation.
