Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit. Dr Pack has operated on my foot twice. Once for bunion surgery and just recently for hammertoe. I would reccomend Dr Pack and his staff to anyone wanting an excellent surgeon and friendly professional staff. The facilities are always spotless and he operates out of the best and cleanest surgical centers.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
