My children have been receiving services from Dr. Brown since 2008. Dr. Brown is a wonderful pediatrician who takes the time to listen to your concerns. She explains your child's symptoms in laymens terms. She also explains the medication given and the purpose of the medication. When I call the doctor's office with my children's symptoms, the office staff schedules an appointment within 24hours. The office staff is very patient , friendly, and knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. I will continue to go to this location because of the wonderful doctor and excellent staff.

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms!

I took my children to their office and one of the nurses is now having an affair with my husband. Jeneifer Threadcraft is committing adultery with my husband. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them.

We have been with the Stonecrest Pediatric family since 2007. Unfortunately the last two years, they have seemed to decrease in the level of professionalism, selectivity in the hired staff, and a lack of consideration for their clientele. Issues go unresolved, emergency after hours calls go unaddressed, and the office personnell will quickly yell and hang up on you when calling to request documentation regarding fradulent billing. I would not recommend this provider to anyone, although when we began the office had a great since of ambition somewhere along the line, the quality of service and care provided dwindled dramatically. We are moving on and never looking back.

No, they don't over-treat my child
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not really. I usually have to remind them.
