I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

I felt very rushed. He barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.Spent half the time recording our visit in a microphone and not answering my questions. After he left I asked the nurse if i could see the DR. because I had more questions and she came back saying he would see me in a month. He perscribed me a Herbal medicine that is not approved by the FDA. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Do Not go here if you are in bad pain becuase they won't do anything for you.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They took a full drug test with out informing me of their intent. I feel this was invading my privacy especially at my first visit. All the tests showed negative, however I was stung with a cost of over $500 for these unnecessary tests.
