The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, butm

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
