Dr Rahimi is board certified in transplant hepatatology, gastroenterology and internal medicine. His clinical interests include chronic liver disease, liver cancer, liver failure, metabolic and autoimmune diseases of the liver, viral hepatitis, complications of cirrhosis and liver transplantation. Dr Rahimi has authored several research articles on improving the outcomes of patients with advanced liver disease. Dr Rahimi holds a Master of Science in Applied Physiology from Finch University of Health Sciences in North Chicago and medical degree from Chicago Medical School.
