Jamie Gills, a Roanoke native, excelled academically and graduated as one of several valedictorians from a local high school. His passion for sports began in high school and continues today as he actively participates for recreation and fitness. Jamie pursued higher education at James Madison University, earning a Cum Laude B.S. in health sciences with a minor in biology. He furthered his studies at Jefferson College of Health Sciences, obtaining a master's degree in science for physician assistant studies. Jamie is an integral part of the sports medicine team, providing sideline care for various local high schools, including North Cross, James River, Virginia Military Institute, Southern Virginia University, and Washington & Lee.
