Dr. Kristen Pepin is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist. She is a specialist in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery with a passion for helping women with fibroids, adenomyosis, endometriosis, pelvic pain and infertility. She has expertise in surgical and non-surgical management of these conditions with a focus on minimally invasive approaches. She has a particular interest in laparoscopic total abdominal cerclage and hysterectomy/oophorectomy for gender affirmation for transgender men. Dr. Pepin received her medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, where she graduated with honors and was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honors Society. She then went on to her residency at Brigham and Women’s/Massachusetts General Hospital, teaching hospitals of Harvard Medical School. She stayed on at Brigham and Women’s Hospital for her fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery. She also pursued a Master of Public Health degree at the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health. Dr. Pepin has been nationally and internationally recognized for her research on minimally invasive hysterectomy. She has a particular interest inresearch on hysterectomy outcomes, tissue extraction techniques and disparitiesin surgical treatments within women’s health. She is dedicated to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care to every patient. She enjoys caring for women through every stage of their lives and guiding patients through treatment decisions that are best for their body.
