I had a Sinus CT scan on 10/26/23. It is now 11/2/23 - one full week later, and I have just been informed that my results have not even been read yet because they are short-staffed. They certainly were not short-staffed when they took my $185 co-pay over a week ago when I pre-registered. This is unacceptable.
