My experience with Dr. Holtz and his medical team was an absolute nightmare, and I can't emphasize enough how deeply disappointed and angered I am by the care I received. In 2020, I underwent carpal tunnel surgery under their supervision, and it turned my life into a living hell.

From the start, I was treated like a mere afterthought. Despite specifically requesting to meet Dr. Holtz before the procedure, his Physician's Assistant, Bobby, dismissed my concerns and said it wasn't necessary. Red flags should have gone up right then and there, but I was foolish enough to trust their judgment.

The surgery itself was a disaster. Dr. Holtz barely spared five minutes to talk to me before whisking me away to the operating room. No proper explanation, no reassurance, just a rushed and careless approach. But that was only the beginning of my torment.

Four days after the surgery, I knew something was horribly wrong. When I returned to the office to see Bobby again, he removed my surgical dressing, and I was horrified by the sight of my wrist. The scars left behind were nothing short of grotesque, and my wrist had deteriorated to the point where amputation became necessary AFTER over a dozen additional operations AND implanted devices were implanted by another surgeon, this time a really great one.

Can you imagine the horror of going in for carpal tunnel surgery which is a routine surgery to requiring over a dozen more operations and then ending up an amputee?

Dr. Holtz and his team utterly failed to prepare me for the devastating outcome of this so-called "routine" procedure. Their lack of transparency, disregard for my concerns, and outright incompetence led me down this path of suffering and despair. My life has been turned upside down, and I am now permanently disabled, unable to perform basic tasks, and haunted by scars that tell the harrowing tale of their negligence.

If you value your health and well-being, stay far away from Dr. Holtz and his clinic. They are more concerned with rushing patients in and out for quick profits than providing competent and compassionate care. My experience serves as a cautionary tale to anyone considering their services - you'd be better off entrusting your life to someone else. Avoid them at all costs.
