About

Back on Track Physical Therapy

Our Pleasanton location opened in 1985 and the Walnut Creek location opened in 2004. We are committed to providing the best physical therapy experience with the highest quality of care for optimal results. The owners of Back on Track Physical Therapy opened the private practice in response to the needs of our local community. We pride ourselves on providing our community with the highest quality of care that is delivered in an efficient manner. Hands-on techniques facilitate pain relief and functional recovery. Therapeutic exercise and home programs will help get you back to where you want to be. Give us a call if you have any questions about our services.

FROM PAINFUL TO PAIN-FREE… IN MINUTES

We offer a system to move you beyond pain. At our clinics we combine our expertise in movement and pain with our belief in compassion and respect. We believe everyone has the capacity to heal themselves-we simply provide the opportunity and tools for you to achieve your goals. Physical problems exist beyond the body, impacting many aspects of a person’s life. With our help, you can reclaim your body’s potential, and learn skills to sustain your well-being. At our clinics you will learn not only to take care of your injury, but how to work smart, and how to manage overall health. We do not treat an area without addressing the rest of the system. Therefore ankle sprains, elbow tendonitis, and sacroiliac dysfunctions are all addressed through full body assessment. We separate ourselves from other healthcare professionals by looking at the complete picture and not only the specific injury that you may have. Physical therapy has never been practiced like this and our patients are the beneficiaries.
