Jason Johnson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Saginaw Valley State University. He continued his education at Kellogg Community College where he received his Associate degree in Nursing. Following his time at Kellogg Community College, he attended The Robert B. Miller College to obtain his Bachelor of Science in Nursing. From there, he attended Spring Arbor University where he received his Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Finally, he returned to Saginaw Valley State University where he received a post-graduate certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health as a Nurse Practitioner.
Johnson’s past experience includes working as a Nuclear Medicine Clinical Associate, Research Associate, Study Technician, RN Study Coordinator, RN Research Manager, and an Advanced Practice Provider in Pain Management. He also co-authored the “Non-Operative Management of Blunt Splenic Trauma in the Community Setting” with Brian Citro, M.D.
