They go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their offices are located on the outskirts of town. The treatment rooms, restrooms and offices are always kept above hospital standards. Everyone from office staff, nurses, to the doctors who practice there, are very professional and courteous. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. Their commitment to the highest level of patient care and customer service is very evident from the time you arrive until you leave. Whether you see Dr. Boyd or another physician, you will instantly realize your health and well being are definitely in good hands! I highly recommend the providers and staff at Med Associates to anyone needing a health care professional.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
