This is for Fred Plecha who lives in Strongsville. He is a major jerk and treats people like garbage. My favorite is when you contact him, he answers his cell phone, demands to know who it is immediately, and then says he can't talk right now (why'd you pick up the phone?). Complete jerk; doesn't care about patients.
