Have been unable to get in touch with the doctor regarding an emergency refill of medication. My current prescription expired prior to my appointment with her. Have been calling for over a day now, placed on hold multiple times for an hour each, and still no one has been able to reach her or even get back to me. Mind you, this is not a narcotic nor does it have any street value- so I don’t know what the issue is. If this was a prescription for heart medication, I would be dead.
Would never under any conditions recommend Optum.
