Everything is fine, although now with BC/BS only 15 minutes are alloted for the visit. Also, patiernts need to be aware that Dr. Gossinger does not provide therapy, only psychopharmacological management. In other words, he only prescribes psychotropic medication. No therapy or counseling. He is a nice guy, but really needs to retire. Looks tired and not always present. His wife is the secretary and she is horrible! She will not smile and will treat you with despondency. She is the worst thing in his practice and it looks that she is the one with the pants. Very rude and no compasssion. Her office is a nursery room with babies, not appropriate for a psychiatrist's office.

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
