Dr. Straetmans is an excellent doctor. He has helped me tremendously, both in my recovery and psychiatric disorders. I am thankful I found such a insightful doctor.

There is a staff member who is quiet rude on occasion, and the office is unclean and in need of a makeover. The doctor speaks over you to cut you off when he has had enough. I've felt more welcome and warm in many other doctors' offices.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Yes, they didn't seem to mind

No, and they didn't want me to seek anyone else's opinion
Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license?
Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
