This chiropractor is my family's chiropractor. I visited him recently after not needing an adjustment for a period of several months. When I received my bill, there were as a $40 fee for being a 'new patient'. This fee was not disclosed to me upfront, and I had no expectation of being charged a new patient fee since I had been to this practice previously. When I contacted the chiropractor to discuss this charge, he was condescending during our conversation making such comments like 'when you visit a hospital do they tell you everything they're going to charge you up front' and 'there is a sign in the front office'.

I had previously thought highly of this chiropractor but would now not recommend his service to anyone in my area -which I would note, after taking a small survey of other chiropractic offices in the area, many of them have no such fee.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. Gregg Rhodes, D.C. was fantastic! Gregg Rhodes, D.C. was absolutely amazing and makes others in the same field look like beginners! I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting Gregg Rhodes, D.C.. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced.
