I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Dr. Harrington has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. She has a good website and online presence. When I check in for my appointments I do not wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Dr. Harrington is always happy to answer any questions that I have and she always has a smile on her face when I see her. She and her staff are always very welcoming and know all their clients by name. I always recommend Lake Grove Chiropractic to anyone who is looking for a chiropractor.
