Became very unprofessional. Performed the procedure I refused. Pain from this incident has not gone away. This dude needs to retire.
He is too old for his profession. Took advantage of my situation.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all.

Craig Bentley, D.C. made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Craig Bentley, D.C.'s staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Craig Bentley, D.C. made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
