Dr. Olsen has done a wonder job for me, I get a tune up every 4 to 6 weeks. I would recommend Dr. Olsen for sure!

I did feel a little less pain after my chiropractic treatment, but nothing major. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was somewhat satisfied with my visit. The office was easy enough to find. There is usually a VERY LONG WAIT, I have waited up to 1 hour or longer before getting in to see the chiropractor, this is WITH an appointment. He should revamp his appointments on his so called busy days. The chiropractor said that this is the way that it is, there is nothing he is going to do about it. I do not know about all people, but I cannot afford to be off work sitting in his office to pay him to be seen. I would or will continue to go to him if some type of appointment arrangement could be made so that I could be seen more promptly. I am always either early and always on time for my appointments, but then have to wait and wait to be seen. You hurry and hurry and are on time for your appointment, where is the courtesy of the chiropractor to be somewhat on time also 15 minutes waiting is not to bad but 1 hour or longer I feel is.

Dr. Olsen and his staff are genuinely concerned with the health of their patients - both during and after treatment. They leave no questions unanswered and are very cordial. Dr. Olsen takes the time to listen to your concerns and situation and provides clear, detailed feedback, answering any and all questions. I truly believe that his primary concern is the well-being of his patients. His staff will call me to remind me of follow-up appointments, and the office has accommodated emergencies (like, back severely "out") more than once. When my problems are taken care of, there is no pressure to continue with visits - he says, "come back if you need me." The Clark family strongly recommends this health care provider.
