They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.

John Tanner, D.C.'s staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've never experienced any numbness! I always feel so much better after my appointments! They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. John Tanner, D.C.'s equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed! I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. John Tanner, D.C. was fantastic!
