Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. I worked for the Railroad for 14 years as a machinist and it was thanks to Dr. Gutierrez and his staff that I remained in great health all those years. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I felt confident in his ability and knowledge and trust him 110% with my medical care. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Most important - excellent care, excellent results.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I felt very encouraged after my first appointment. After seeing how qualified and knowledgeable they were, I was hopeful that I would be able to get better under their care. I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
