No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. I've never had to stand.
